Business Analysis Manager: "Bart, I want you to manage our off-shore contract business analysts.  You'll need to work at night because of the time difference."

Bart, the BA: "Oh... OK.  So how will they get the requirements from our customers?"

Business Analysis Manager: "Well... I guess you'll have to get the requirements and give them to the off-shore team."
