I use Excel, but somewhat begrudgingly. I often use it as an intermediary, as somewhere to deposit the raw data between extraction and processing/presentation. It takes hours and hours to make attractive and presentation-worthy graphs and charts in Excel when it takes minutes to make the same graphs and charts in a program like Tableau. I will admit that I find Excel easier than R (so far, I'm still an R newbie). Overall...I'm kind of annoyed that Excel is so prominent, given its inherent limitations.

Hi,

I use excel everyday. The best result is if you combine Access and the others Microsoft Office tools. Then there are also a a lot of useful add-in. So, first I develop the program with Access and Excel, then if the project works fine, I receive some feedbacks, some requests and so on, I could check if an online tool could be better or not.

Then, in my opinion, Access and Excel are quite flexible.

Yes Excel & R are some great tools for Small business,Excel one of the key tools in the Microsoft Office suite is a great small business software tool for analyzing business data. Excel provides handy functions and features that you can use to analyze large quantities of data.
