Hi everyone.I was wondering if you could help me. I got a new role as a junior business analyst for a card payment industry. However i am the only BA in the company so there  is no job handover or trmplates,i have to produce different templates. I was put on a small project however the team that needs their requirements have requested a document to help them write their requirements e.g a document they can input their requirements,and whether the requirement is a must, should or optional. im unsure what document to use for this?
