Transparency - There are different types of blockchain. Public blockshchain provides transparency due to its nature. It is very useful for different functions of our society, including doing elections.

Better Security - The decentralization feature, on top of the cryptography, makes blockchain provide better security than other systems. Cryptography utilized complex mathematical algorithms that are used to secure the data and systems on the blockchain network.

Block Chain, like all other technologies, is just one tool in the practitioner's toolbox. The more technologies, patterns, and tools the business analyst understands and has experience with the better equiped he/she will be to compe up with the best solution for the problem at hand.
