Irene,
Just to underline what other people have already said: in some ways I think you have an advantage. To mis-quote Oscar Wilde "nothing separates us like the bond of a common language". English is ambiguous and open to many interpretations based on assumptions of what we think words mean. You, however, need to check and double check the meanings or words because it is not your native language - I wish I did that double checking far more than I do as this is a major source of errors in my requirements: if I had a penny for every time I said to a user "oh! I thought you meant...".
And I think we have all seen requirements documents written using English words but are still incomprehensible!
As has been pointed out, your written English is more than adequate and accents are just great anyway!
To answer your question about whether this will impede your career - if it does you are in the wrong job and should move! What should count as a BA (how we should be measured) is how well our requirements are specified.

I am so grateful for all those encouraging comments. I understand the critical things for a BA are not only English langage, but the logical analysis, correct, comprehansive and feasible requiremnts, etc. I will definately try different ways to imporve my English. I heard about ToasterMaster before, I will do some research and join them. Overall, thanks for your suggestions, I will stick with what I like to do, find my weakness and improve it.
Thanks again and sincerely,
Irene
