Couldn't agree more. I've learnt to ask about deliverables and what they actually mean to them at job interview time. Most important question I ever ask. Says volumes about what their processes are and whether my skillset is a good fit.

Good point amde here. This simple question is very important to ask during an interview scenarion and I suspect, not asked frequently enough in all the excitement and stress of the situation.
