Business Analyst Task: Determine Solution Approach

I'm looking for some assistance on tools and techniques I could use to objectively evaluate the three alternative solutions to determine which one will best meet the business need.   The BABOK guide gives several techniques that could be used for this task is doing a Feasibility Analysis.   I've never used this technique before.  Does anyone have any references they can point me to, templates or artifacts that will help me with this technique?
