Process Measurement Life Cycle  

Hi Gurus

I am Upendar, working as Project Manager and recently moved into BPM- Process Measurement, Can you please help me that How to start from scractch and road map for implementation and also woud like to see some links or docs for Gap Analysis Report and love to see  Measurement Life Cycle and the objective is to measure the time,cost,quality and volume for corporate and operational level

So, if I do this for you, do I get your salary? LOL.

Road map for implementation: in essence, current-state>target-state ; gap analysis according to your criteria; jump sheets between the two; Change Phases; implement action plan.

Use one of the product or corporate or growth (e.g. Greiner) life-cycle models in conjunction with the value chain for the second part of your question.
