crosswalks

Hi,

In fact, I am trying to build requirements management plan. Actually, we are trying to integrate three different systems available on website, and I have been asked to add the "crosswalk" artifact also in thre plan. I really have no idea about it that, what is crosswalk and how it is documented in the requirents management plan.

Anybody would like to help me regarding this. I really need help
