Hi there

I am new to this forum and have an interview in a few days time for a company that I previously worked for.

I was working there as an application support analyst and they now have a new opportunity as they wish to implement a new payroll system to replace existing one.

This role will require me to 'document the current payroll processes'- Now I need some help to get started with this?? They arent strict about what methodolgy to follow etc and am pretty sure they will be happy for me to decide but whats the best approach? SSADM?
