My view is that you are making a serious compromise to the potential benfits of swapping across to agile methods if you hang on to a traditional pm process like PRINCE2, but others have different views. Here is one from New Zealand (I think.)

Test driven development is not actually a test methodology.  It's a design philosophy that says "start with the end in mind"  (Thank you Mr Covey.)
