There is also the CSBA (Certified Software Businesss Analyst) offered by QAI (Quality Assurance Institute). It is a fairly new certification for them, but they have well-established certifications in the quality area: CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester). On the other hand, many of the certificate programs, such as UCI and B2T, are based on the BABOK and would be good preparation for eventually sitting for the BABOK.
