I used to work for a IT recruiting company  for a while and have seen several Junior BA requirements. These requirements consider anybody with some knowledge of IT i.e IT Graduates, junior developers, Technical recruiters. After having seen your message, I looked at a couple of job boards and saw a couple of postings as well (for fresh graduate students)

So yes they are out there but are not too many in number. Keep your eyes open and something should come up.
