Obviously you are a particularly smart guy -and yes, the tattoo does drive a particular strand of work your way.

I agree - There is always scope clarification, but in many instances it can be well defined up front. 

One thing many project managers fail to do when defining the scope is to prioritise time, cost, quality and scope.  If this is done scope clarification activies are a lot easier.

PS - those three examples are all from my work history in the last 5 years.
