Ashwin,

The BA process is described if you read the article (click on this link) "So you want to be a business analyst". There is another article at the same place called "The Fundamentals of Business Analysis" which you might also find useful.

Example documentation will be found if you click on this link: Here

Re: Need Urgetnt help?

Aswhin,

I can't really help you out with the interview questions you have asked as they require you to give examples from your personal history which I don't know - the only advice I can give is to make sure the answer you give answers the question asked and that you do so honestly. Remember, by interview time the interviewers think you are technically competent - now they need to satisfy themselves that you will fit in and work well with them and the best way to do that is to be genuine with them.

1.)Communication is important when dealing with clients and customers. Describe a time when you acted as a liaison between client and development teams for business clarifications?

2.)Describe the most complex business problem you have conducted analysis on and what recommendations or solutions did you make?

3.)describe a time when you did not get along well with a co-worker and how you handled it?

1 - What do define as a liason? What are the strengths and weaknesses of a liaison role? What alternatiives are there?  What do you think?

2 - You'll have to tell us your most complex problem.  I have some great ones I can share, but you can't really use them as your own exapmles can you.  Tell us your story and we can help you structure it.

3 - again, it's your story.  share it with us.
