Hi All,

What path would a jnr BA follow to fulfil the aspiration of becoming a managment consultant in enterprise analysis? What is involved from a skill, education and experience point of view?

Thx.

Re: From BA to Mngmt Consultant

Hi:

I lead larger-scale integration efforts.

The major thing that needs to be done (some experts say up to 98% of the required work) is to come up with a comprehensive, integrated understanding of the essential (i.e., technology independent) functionality and - especially - the interrelationships between those functions.  Think data flow diagrams.

Hi Tony,

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Are you saying I would need to understand interrelationships between functions to become a management consultant?
