Information Data Analyst Job in Beaverton, Oregon
REQUIRED
Proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint
3-5 years experience in Excel
Exceptional Excel skills and background in analytics
Affinity for analysis, data, and reporting
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage reporting tools to pull out relevant data, provide trending reporting, and evaluate metrics
Provide ad-hoc data/analysis as needed utilizing Business Intelligence tools
Forecast and report e-mail KPIs (including testing results) to Core Stakeholders
Partner with Global Relationship Marketing Manager to deliver analysis/insights
Manage the execution of CRM programs developed for Global/Geography/Territory Brand teams. Includes: timelines, calendars and content, deadlines for approvals.
Partner with/act as a liaison between Global Relationship Marketing Manager, Global/Geography/Territory Brand teams, NADC team, EMEA Digital Commerce team, and Global/Geography/Territory Brand Connections, Global Production Manager on program requirements, timelines and resources.
Partner with Global Associate Brand Managers, Geography/Territory Brand Managers, NADC Marketing Programs Manager, Global Campaign Managers, and Consumer Services to share learning and inform program execution
Recommend and execute audience segmentation for Brand email campaigns
Partner with Global Relationship Marketing Manager to develop consumer segmentation strategies for Brand email campaigns
Partner with CRM Platform Lead to ensure data provided is accurate and develop standards for data capture
